Please note that this isn't just an IRC quotes log ;) , and I'll add one more here once I've finished cooking.

Porkchops à  la munchymunchy (for 2 hungry people):

4 Porkchops
4dl rice
Hungarian pepper
Tarragon
3-5 Onions
An egg
Some wheat flour
Butter

Be sure that the porkchops are dry, don't buy ones with marinade. Now start boiling the rice in a pot and frying the chops, you'll do the rest while at it. Use a lot of extra virgin oil. Chop onions into visible crunchy pieces, say 5mmx5mm. Roll the onions around in flour until they're covered with it. Then throw them into the pan and make sure the flour sucks in oil from it.

Break the egg into a bowl and mix some butter with it. Add some flour to make it more solid, but not too much, and drop in some onions too. This is a matter of preferance, how many you want. Then add a lot of normal paprika in to give colour, just a bit of good Hungarian paprika to really make it tasty, and quite a bit of tarragon. Mix them together.

Now that the rice are ready, keep the porkchops on the pan with low temperature so they won't burn, and pour the water out of the ricepot and pour the rice on the pan too. (I use the same pan as it's easier, less dishes and it gives the rice a good taste). Now place the sauce from above into the pot and heat it up just enough to make it boil, but be cautious, it burns easily. Once you've done that, add a tiny bit of salt.

Then you can just take some chops with rice and pour some munchymunchy sauce on them. Yummy yummy professor guarantees... err, that sounds silly, anyway!

Akatosh

Take toast. Put cheese on it. Put some spices of your choice on the cheese. Heat it up in the microwave for about 0:30 to 1:30 - depends on your cheese and how you like it. Take it out. Eat. Tastes great with coffee.

Take 1 (that's one) omlet. Stuff it with cheese, and lots of hot spices, drown it in spicy ketchup, and voila! You don't have anymore taste budds! Now you can finally join my club...

Sam.

Surely a recipe for an omlette would have been a useful addition?

My go:

Fry mince, fry onions add tinned tomatoes add two spoons of marmite/vegimite and one teaspoon of tobasco. stir into reshly cooked pasta.

Delicious.
Bye bye thankyou I love you.

1 cup of flour
2 glasses of milk
tabasco sauce
salt, pepper, grained garlic
1 tin of thick kidney bean soup
grated cheddar

Mix eggs, flour, milk and a shot of tabasco, add some mineral water, then make four pancakes (very thin, it helps to swivel the pan a lot). Add spice to suit your taste.
Put two spoonful of COLD soup on the pancakes.
Wrap them, if necessary fix them with a toothpick.
Sprinkle the wraps with cheddar and bake them in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Goes down a treat with any canned beverage.

How to make candy corn from scratch:
Ingredients:

1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup white corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Yellow and red food coloring
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup powdered milk

In a bowl, sift together powdered sugar, salt and powdered milk. Combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a pan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly to prevent burning. Turn heat to low and boil 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add powdered sugar mixture all at once to pan. Transfer to Kitchenaid mixer and beat on high speed, or beat by hand until candy has the consistency of soft taffy. The candy should still be warm and pliable, but you must work quickly before it cools

(optional)
Remove enough to form the white portion of the finished candy and set aside in a bowl. Add yellow food coloring to the remainder to achieve desired shade. Remove a portion of yellow base for the orange portion, and add red food coloring to achieve the desired shade of orange.

Starting with white, drop the candy into greased molds using a spoon or spatula. Allow each layer to settle to avoid air pockets. Repeat with yellow and orange layers. Let candy set overnight before unmolding. For maximum firmness, chill in refrigerator for several hours.

When completely hardened, carefully unmold and wipe any residual vegetable oil off the surface.

The Mould:

Okay, this was something you're supposed to do before hand, but I think instead of making your own mould, it would be better to just use a plastic cup or a muffin tray; it's ready made and you don't really have to go through all that trouble of waiting for your mould to freeze.

Just take a muffin tray or cup (plastic, so you can just cut/rip it open later) and grease it with vegetable oil.

(NB: This recipie was taken from a website)

My quick fried rice:

Rice about 2 big spoonful

Soy sauce (the thick kind, not any of that watery *%ap)

Tomato sauce

1-2 pinches of salt

2-1 tbsp butter

eggs (optional, but who doesn't like eggs?)

etc (any kind of meat or veggie)

these are like the basic ingredients, just add it all together; the amount of soy sauce and tomato sauce varies as this was just something random that I did as a kid and I gues kept on doing it (I guess this is sorta my personal recipie).

Technically I 'twirl' the soy sauce twice around the rice and 'shake' the tomato bottle 3-4 times. Just make sure that you put more tomato sauce than soy. (if you really want a measurement, all I can give you is a ratio um soy and tomato = 1:3)

heat the butter beforehand in a pan and just throw eveything in there. The sauce will stick onto the rice and some of the rice may stick to the pan, it's okay if there are a few brown marks on your pan, it's the tomato sauce. Just make sure evey bit of the sauce is stuck to the rice.

Try it, if the taste is bland add a little bit more salt or tomato sauce. Yes this rice is orange/reddish in colour.

this serves 1-2 peope, probably depending on how much you eat really...

Cheap & Easy!

2 Chicken thighs
Marinade of your choice   (I used one called Wasabiyaki today)
Vegetables of your choice   ( I prefer cabbage, cherry tomatos, & onions)
1 Piece of aluminum foil

No other cooking utensils needed.

Lay the piece of  foil on the counter and create 4 walls so no juice escapes.     Smother the surface with marinade and begin to massage the chicken into the sauce.   Pour the rest of the marinade over top.     Throw vegetables in next to it.  Wrap the four walls together (seal it up!)  & throw it into a 425 degree oven.    Set your timer for 25 minutes, then flip the chicken, and then go another 15 minutes.

Its sounds like a slob's dream because it is.   It is DAMNED easy.  Just throw some stuff into aluminum foil.   Throw the foil into the oven.   And wait.

SpacePirateCaine's home-made Chicken masala curry (easy version).

You'll need:
Sliced boneless chicken, about 250g
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic
Garam Masala
Cayenne Pepper
Curry Powder
1 can concentrated tomato soup (I use campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup)
Cooking oil

Optional:
Ginger (grated)
Brown Sugar

Preparation:
Start by chopping or dicing the onion finely, and crush the garlic (If you don't have a garlic crusher, finely chop the cloves, then crush with a fork), and put aside.
Also, in a small shallow bowl or custard cup, mix your Garam Masala, Cayenne Pepper and Curry Powder at a ratio of roughly 1/1/2 with a little water to make a spicy paste.

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan on medium to low heat, and add the diced onions. When the onions become translucent, add the crushed garlic (and, if desired, grated garlic) and cook for about one minute. Add the chicken, and cook until the chicken is no longer visibly raw. Add curry paste (The more of it you use, the spicier the mix will get, I recommend about three tablespoons) and stir until everything has a fine coat of red paste. Allow to heat for another minute or so, then pour on the concentrated tomato soup. Stir so that everything is well mixed together, and turn heat up to medium-high, until the soup begins to bubble. Add brown sugar as desired for sweetness (and to counter-balance, if it's too hot). Heat while stirring to allow extra reduction, then serve when its texture is to your liking with buttered Nan.

Omelette:
crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add (as available) chopped up onions, chilli, mushrooms and cheese. Add a few glopps of milk. Beat it with a fork for a bit.

Longer (and tastier) Method:
Oil a frying pan, heat it until the oil gets hot. dump the egg stuff from the bowl. Wait till it solidifies and turns a brownish colour, and then flip it over. Do the same with the other side. Get it out, and eat with a paratha.

Shorter (and mankier Method):
Pour the eggs stuff onto a plate (making sure it doesn't spill over). Put it in the microwave at high power, and heat until is starts exploding (or until ~30 seconds are up- whichever comes first). Remove from microwave. You now have a nice, pacake thin, airline style omelette. Fold over for volume.

Baked Potato
Cook potato in microwave or normal oven. When properly baked (check by softness), slit an x on one side, and scoop out potato innards. Add butter, cheese, or sour cream to taste. Add salt and pepper. Refill potato. Eat it.

Cheese Toast
Put a slice of bread with 2-3 pieces of sliced cheese on it. Heat in oven or toaster until cheese expands and gets brown on outside. Remove, for a nice, crunchy-on-outside, chewy-on-inside quick treat. Don't burn your mouth. Can also perhaps be done in microwave, but I haven't tried.

Sandwich Extreme
Toast two slices of bread. While the bread is toasting, prepare the rest of the ingredients. Remove all sauces/spreads from fridge, except mayonaise(sp) and ketchup. Remove all boneless (or bonelessable) meats from the fridge. Remove all salads and cheeses from the fridge. Remove toast from toaster. Put all the ingredients between the toasts. Eat it.
