Title: The 'What are you listening to' thread
Post by: Daz on Mon 17/01/2005 17:28:16
Ok tell us what you are listening to.......

Dallas Green - Urgency,  no so hard, is it?

i can see this dieing pretty quick but, hey whatever.

Try not to get at each other too much about music tastes to much, try an open minded approach to it.

(and yes i did steal it off another forum ::) )

Todays top song:
"What Would Brian Boitano Do?"

Come on, you all know it!

"When Brian Boitano went through time to the year 3010,
He killed the insect overlords
And saved the human race again."

Although the CD in my stereo is "Who killed The Zutons". Actually theres a CD I made with Futurama songs on it in my stereo, but still.

This has been done before you know, probably a gazillion times. For example:
Post your song of the moment thread (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=11802.0)

But, anyway:
Dream Theater -  The Silent Man (Live scenes from New York)

Someone should make this one a Popular thread, instead of here in the General forum. Evidence of this is what Damien pointed out.

Juliet - Robin Gibb and BeeGees

Ridiculous. Two active "what are you listening to" threads.

Oh well. I'll reply in both.

"Tell me Why" - The BeeGees.

"Someone Saved My Life Tonight"

I've been bitter and depressed a lot lately, and this song is great for feeling better.  Between the amazing lyrics, the touching music and the depth of emotion to Elton's voice, even the life breathed into the track by the drums, it's one of the best songs ever written.

Stina Nordenstam - Transurfing

I tend to listen to the same stuff a lot, and I often grab this song for my playlist.

Here are the last four songs I've listened to:

Martin O'Donnell - Halo 2 Opening Theme
Saosin - Bury Your Head
The Servant - Cells
Aphex Twin - Windowlicker

And I'm currently playing...

There are plenty of these questionnaire-threads already, but having two of the same kind is just silly.
