Where can I find the latest version of the walk cycle generator?

About a year ago I found SSH's walk cycle generator on this forum, it was very handy except for the fact it didn't have cycles for up and down. Then I found some information that this generator was updated en down cycles were included, but every link I follow gives me another link that seems to be corrupt. So does anyone know where I can find this latest version?

No, but someone said they were tryign to create an editor plugin to do the same thing, based on the Open Source code.

Would that be a plugin for AGS? Or another programm and is there any news about that?
