Help with Pics

I have absolutely no idea where to put a question like this I need to scale some pic's without
them looking bad to 80px (W) Ã— 120px (H)
Or once cropped I guess it is 60 x 100. well actually I have no idea but i need it to work with a
background that is 640 x 400.

What program could I use? Please help

If you mean scaling pics in AGS, it can be done several ways. If you want to scale a pic without it, any decent graphic editing software can do that, besides MsPaint.

What the real problem is that cause their animated too. I am struggling to make the size smaller and crop all of the frames and I am using pro motion.
I do also have gimp,graphics gale, and paint.net. If you know how to crop them and make the
size smaller could you just send me a quick tutorial please. Usually I don't have this problem
cause I make my own pics but i got someone to make these.

Sorry, Danman, I really have very little expirience with animating. You could try to get an gif to png exporter (if you have that animation as an animated gif) and crop the frames one by one, then import it back to AGS.

I think ProgZmax knows a lot about ProMotion, try aking him nicely via PM. I'm sure he can explain how to do it there.
