Tony Scott's "Domino"

I've just seen this wonderful film, and I wanted to say that I absolutely loved it... But alot of critics say it is terrible.

The editing, the directing, the soundtrack all were pretty phenominal... Though I realize the hyper-stylistic camera work may drive some people up the wall. Keira Knightly was very convincing as Domino Harvey and I am very impressed on her developing skills as an actress. And of course, Mickey Rourke gives another awesome performance (but didn't really rival his role as Marv... But how can you?)

While the only movies I have seen Mickey Rourke in that I really remember are Buffalo 66 and Barfly I just wanted to pop in and say that Barfly is I'm sure his best performance ever...

He plays Henry Chinaski, Charles Bukowski's alter ego in a movie written by Charles Bukowski so the character is actually a character and amazing..

Just sayin' if you're a fan of Mickey now, check it out, I personally love the movie so hard.

He's awful in angelheart, and that movie needed a strong lead. Still good movie, just not phenomenal due to mickey's '..uh! UNH! nnggaaah!' style of acting.

check for it at the library or something, I looked for the DVD for myself and it's out of print as far as I know so I could only find it for 60 dollars...

I love the movie but... Not that much.

lol.. I'm still unsure about Richard Kelly. Her sure does have an imagination, but sometimes I question his ability to ever tell a story coherently.
