I have a creative muvo tx and I love it. Good sound quality, equalizer, works with one AAA battery and no wires needed to plug it into your computer, because it has it's own usb plug. Very comfy.

Same with me, I got that now for 2 years and I love it. 512MB is enough for me, and I love the fact that I can carry one more battery when the old one is running low and just exchange it in 2 seconds.
