Bugtracking software

Does anyone know a freeware bugtracking software package like JIRA, suitable for about at least 35 clients/users?

Haven't used it myself, but Bugzilla seems to be popular.

Personally I used Mantis for quite a long time.
I didn't set it up though, only posted/reviewed reports, so I can't give any tips on installing and configuring it.

Yeah, I personally like Mantis as well. Used it before. Great product!
