What is this file, and what is it doing on my computer?![EDIT] Prob Solved!

Hello people, I have a question about my computer, computers in general, really.
I was looking around the windows folder on my computer, when I found something weird. I found the program called Sulfnbk.exe It was in the command folder so I thought it was a Dos utility, but it wasn't it had this crap icon that was basicly the name of the program DRAWN in paint. what is it, what does it do, if anything? is it dangerous?

I just typed "Sulfnbk.exe" into Google and the first result cleared it up. It seems that once people claimed there'd be a virus in this file. It turned out as nonsense. It's a harmless windows file - no problem with it.
