I keep drifting away from AGS more and more but I'm not done with my dream of becoming a game developer! Yesterday marked my 10 year anniversary on the AGS forums and what better way to celebrate that than to release my first commercial game. My friend and I set up a small game company called Team Twistoid (http://www.twistoid.com/) and we started developing mobile games and now we're working quite hard to get ourselves out there. Our first release is called Factory Escape and it's a challenging autorunner where you control a cute little robot trying to escape a conveyer belt pushing you towards certain doom. It's available on Google Play now so if you've got an Android device, do check it out! iOS version will probably be released soon after the holidays.

There are is a paid version (0,99€) with more content and a lite version (ad supported) of the game on Google Play. You can get the game here:
Factory Escape (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teamtwistoid.factoryescape)
Factory Escape Lite (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teamtwistoid.factoryescapelite)
If you wish to stay up to date with our future projects go ahead and like our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/twistoid
We'll keep updating the game with more levels and features while also working on our next game project. Hope you enjoy it! :D
This is Amazing, Pablo! Gotta buy it for my Tablet!!
Congrats on the release! I'll do a post on indiegamenews.com when I get a bit of time.
You know, I think having a cheap paid version and an ad-supported lite version is very possibly the best way to capture the maximum possible market on a handheld. Good thinking!
Cheers guys!
CaptainD: That'd be very much appreciated, thanks! We'll gladly accept all exposure we can get. :)
I paid for it, glad to support a fellow AGSer!
Definitely one of those "one more go" kind of games. Quite entertaining and very challenging! Loving the cute pixels and the retro music!
Congratulations on your release, I'm working on a procedurally generated RPG for Android that I'll hopefully be motivated to finish. Seeing fellow forum members making the jump to commercial apps is quite inspiring.
Here you go mate - all the best with the release:

Amazing! The video shows that it is a challenging and addictive game!
I'm sure that was created with a lot of passion and care.
Congratulations to you and your partner!
I wish them success in this new venture!
Just installed it. It really looks great, congratulations!
I should definitely keep up with new updates and maybe a new game :)
Thanks! Best way to keep updated is by following our facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/twistoid
We'll probably be streaming game development tomorrow on http://www.twitch.tv/twistoid
Very nice, Pablo.
Wow, nice game. I like the art, and how the learning happens almost inevitably by repetition - although I have yet to complete a whole level after the first 10 minutes of playing :-) Is it a native app, or how did you build it?
Looks like game maker I'd say.
Thanks for the nice comments! Yes, the game was built with Game Maker Studio. :) We just released an update with some bug fixes and a new christmas themed level.
I usualy don't like to play games on tablet on phones, but this one is SOOO DAMN GOOD!
It's addictive!
Very hard, very challanging but so damn funny!
Great work.
Looks great, well done!
I've made it past the third box once :'(
