What are you doing for spring break?

4 days and my break will begin...I'll be exploring the amazon jungle in peru...can't think about anything else.

What things are other people doing?

Well maybe if this thread had come about five months earlier...

For us in Australia, the holidays are just ending.

But, were this not the case, I could forsee myself most definitely sitting in front of the TV for a good week or two

Heading up north with a friend to do some farm work. Possibly write some music along the way.

That's cause we all know we won't. :'(

We don't have "spring" break. We have "Oh god this winter is never going to end get me out of here" break, also known as reading week. It's in the middle of February, and quite litterally was put into effect to lower the suicide rate among University students. I spent it getting costumes and props for my play, doing homework, and inventing this thing I like to call "sleep." It might have been around before, but I don't remember it. Yay me.

Absolutely nothing. I may hang out with some friends I've made doing the show (a musical.)

If my dad can get off work, I would go visit a college or two. Other than that... I'll probably write a little bit and work on the show. We hope to get a soundtrack recorded. If we do, I'll make sure I post some songs from it (especially the ones I am in

I don't get a spring break, I get a convenient three weeks without any lectures to catch up on a mountain of volatile coursework. It does however mean I get to spend some quality time with my girlfriend, which is always a positive thing.

Oooh... spring break! Too bad we working people don't have breaks anymore.

But I sure do look forward to my mini-holiday in june, because I'll get to hike in the mountains of switzerland (sÃ¼dtirol, glurns) for a few days! And the food's yummy there, too.

Unless it's on a weekend, I'll be doing the same as the rest of the year: Lifting boxes and getting drunk.

If it's a weekend, I'll just be getting drunk.

As a matter of fact I do. Some would like to say I'm rather good at it, but I wouldn't say so for myself. I managed to score one of the lead roles.. So whatever that tells you..

I'm gonna buy Creature Tech by Douglas TenNapel! And find my Cherry Insomniac post, because it appears to have disappeared. (Appears to have disappeared....hmmm. Does that make sense?) I went to the mall yesterday, and guess what? Every freakin' thing I want was at every store I went to. Invader ZIM action figures? Oh, we didn't have them yesterday, but we have them TODAY. What about Monty Python merchandise? Look, the Black Knight with removable limbs--- HALF OFF! And me with no money at all. The rest of my Spring Break is gonna drag on and on and on. I'm only buying Creature Tech because my mother said if I did every chore she asked me to do, she'd give me $20 to buy it. Yay.

We don't have spring break here, but I would just like to say that I *love* Doug TenNapel and have ordered Creature Tech a while ago. It hasn't arrived yet, I should probably call the store.

And I'd like to say that I love Doug TenNaple and am jealous of him. While Creature Tech has it's faults it is a great great comic and oh so beautiful...

Also, I'm not in college so I have no spring break.. But I also have no official job so I've been on spring break for about a year now, WOOT!
