what? I don't play games

Haddas

I haven't played any games for atleast two months. I might play a little Sim City 4 once in a while though, but even that's minimal.

I have so many games that just lie in my room unopened, and they're all war-games. I just don't feel like playing games anymore. Why, I do not know.

Buckethead

I've played good old UT today  ;)

Helm

Nikujin, N, Dodonpachi, Final Fantasy Tactics (emulated, I'm trying to see if I missed anything from the PSX era. I don't like it so far).

I'm sorry to hear you're not enjoying it, Helm. FFT will always have a very special place in my heart. Every couple of years or so I go back and play through it. It's always as fun for me as the first time. I never played FFT Advance, though. I heard it wasn't really all that similar.
The Bunker

Thief : Deadly Shadows, Vampire Savior, Radiant Silvergun, Guardian heroes

Erenan, I don't see what you see in it at all. The battles aren't interesting, I don't give a shit about the storyline, everybody is a child in the story, which while good for marketing just destroys my sense of disbelief... just generic squaresoft crap. Awful, forgettable. I guess you like it because you played it when you were young?

Better than this and still tactical is Front Mission for the SNES

Flashback: Quest for Identity - Yes, the graphics and animation are awesome, but the game is so frustratingly, unbearably difficult. And the password system is killing me. I want to play the game for 5 minutes, but it forces me to play for an hour or two.

Command & Conquer 3 - Just finished the GDI campaign. It's okay so far.

Counter Strike: Source - For fun purposes only.

I've been playing a lot of Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 on my Wii. I'm not a fan of the series, but the game is more fun, literally, then jumping inside the Grand Canyon when it's been filled to the brim with Juliard-trained vaudevillian chimpanzees. In addition, I've been playing tennis and boxing like mad on Wii Sports, pool on Wii Play, Excite Truck, and Red Steel. I'd like to get some other games. Anyone now anything good? I'm totally loving my Wii, so much so that I gave my older brother my XBox 360.
If you haven't played Twilight Princess, go for it. Also, Trauma Center is pretty good.

voh

Fallout 2. Hands down most favourite game of mine EVAR.

I'm going to go back to it now. Don't disturb me, I'm plasma gatling... ing.
Still here.

Indeed. And my copy of the Front Mission remake for the DS just arrived in the post. Whoo.

Plus, the strategic RPG I enjoyed the most from the PSOne era was Vandal Hearts.

I haven't played the Wii version, but I was disappointed to learn it was just a remake of the DS version. Apparently, the re-mapped control layout is slightly counter-productive. I would have prefered a new TC game, with a redesigned interface to fit the Wiimote and nunchuck.

Whatever you do, stay away from FFT Advance. Horrid story and stupid rules you must follow before a battle ruin it all.

Mr Flibble

The Final Fantasy Tactics series is Square's answer to the much more established Battle Ogre/Tactics Ogre series. I've only played The Knight of  Lodis (emulated on GBA - it wasn't released in the UK though) and it is clear where Square got their ideas.

It has nearly all of the same elements, but a far superior plot and no annoying and unecessary rules.
Ah! There is no emoticon for what I'm feeling!

Helm

The original Ogre Battle on the SNES is a pleasant diversion, but too samey gameplay for my tastes.  I prefer the Fire Emblem series.

Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 on my PC.

Really awesome program. It's too bad that my parks don't come out to well. I seem to design them poorly and they don't look good. I have checked out user made parks and they are great. If i get a chance i will post a screen shot of an area of my park to show.

Here is one i worked on months ago. Not good.  Probably because i gave up on it.  :)

The guests prefer the food court over the rides. he he.

When i played that game i tried building everything high up on platforms. you can get some pretty awesome rollercoasters that way.

I love Out of This World (Another World, also by Delphine software), and I enjoyed Heart of the Alien on Sega CD, but I could never get past the first section of the first part of the first level of Flashback. After you get the holocube and kill a couple random guys, I can't find out where or even how to progress next. I have it lying around here somewhere, and I'd like to pick it up even all these years later (I'd plug my SNES back in just to play it), but it's so damn frustrating I punched a hole in my wall playing it as a kid. Then I laid upside down against the wall, started crying until my mom came,  and told her I fell off my top bunk and put my head through the wall...

I find myself having to replay the same sequence ten times until I figure out a formula that will get me through that sequence alive.

Then I enter the next screen and find out I still have to fight five more baddies without recharging my shield.

It's irritating, but I'm still not giving up on it.
