Hello im new here and i was wondering which program i should use to make my game??

Ok, as it's your first post here we'll be gentle ... so if you want a serious answer to your question, you really need to tell us more about your game; what type of game it is, what sort of interface you're going for, etc.

Otherwise how are we supposed to know which program would be best?

Since you're posting here on the AGS forums I'm inclined to think you're asking about which program(s) to use to make the "stuff" for your game, rather than which game making engine you should use?

I'm only a graphics guy, so for the graphics I recommend photoshop.
