Holy shiiit! Did he survive? I'll have to google that.

Why did the audience clap for? That was weird.

It was a weird little screwing of heads, Manic. It was a fake -- some kind of plug for Grey's Anatomy, if the internet tells me correctly.

Haven't read or heard about it, but it's a quite blatant fake.

Yeah I know, just ask kinoko!

I re-edited my post incase Kinoko was wanting to scare the beejesus out of everyone... considering you all bit my head off after I revealed the April 1st thing to be a joke.

It's a car commercial. They edited out the last bit at the end.

Great commercial :D I've found some crazy stuff - but I'm sure we all have - on google video. Is there proof the Jimmy Kibble thing is faked?

There is already an ambulance outside the buildung.
Not very realistic, is it?
Well, it could be a preparation, but as far as I know, everything you need is a device to suck out the poison.
Correct me, if I'm wrong.

Or just do a simple websearch on Jimmy Kimmel Snake Bite and note that there are no news stories about it.

Also, from what I have learned, you are quite wrong on the idea that you can suck venom out of a bite. The venom enters the blood stream and the heart pumps the blood quite quickly and will remove an insignificant amount of venom, if any at all:

Suctioning out venom, either by mouth or with a pump. Suctioning by pump removes a clinically insignificant quantity of venom (Annals of Emergency Medicine, February 2004), and the resultant bruising speeds the venom's absorption. Suctioning by mouth presents a risk of further poisoning through the mouth's mucous tissues (Riggs, et al 1987). The well-meaning family member or friend may also release bacteria into the victim's wound, leading to infection.

I shall never use this line again!!!

So, this X-Factor story from back then must haven been one of the false ones.
Couldn't quite remember.

And also, if you listen to the audio near the ending, they mention whenever they have live animals on the set they have paramedics standing by.

But I hadn't heard about this on any news, so I am all open to this being fake. It does sound like a allusion to Grey's Anatomy, although I can't quite hear the hospital they are taking him to, it does sound to be the same one.

All you need to know.

Also, if you still don't believe it's a fake, why would they continue filming after the host was bitten. If it was as serious as they made out, they'd cut to a "technical difficulties" sign or an ad break, just like they've done for other serious moments in TV history. I mean, I've heard of "damn good television" (as Batman would say) but that's taking it to an unrealistic level.

When I first saw it, I didn't realise it was fake, and the camera thing was the first thing I questioned my friend about. Why on Earth would they keep filming like that?

They did the same thing on wild boys once. Only with Knoxville getting bitten and Steve-O being really scared.

And I'm not gonna feel bad about watching that program.
