5 Days a Stranger Help

Hello, I am new to AGS and I decided to download 5 days a stranger to see what a good game is really like (not to offend anyone who has created a game or even attempted because making a game is a very hard thing to do). Problem is, I cannot get past the second day, what do i need to find? I have talked to everyone and looked everywhere, but i still cannot move on, please help me!

If you have spoken with the BBC woman and phill, you will need to find jim, go outside, push the tree and then talk to it. Then go to the front room and the meeting will start.

Hi, im stuck on day 2 in 5 days a Stranger, i can't find the panel under the dirt, i have used the metal detector too... any help you be great, thanks

Maybe the panel is covered up, tried moving dirt around?

yes, i have tried to move dirt around but he keeps saying he doesn't want to get dirt under his finger nails, and when i tried to use other objects such as twig to move dirt it says "that doesn't work" what do i do?

Have You tried using the metal detector on the pipe leading from the pool yet?
