Quest for Glory 4 1/2 *spoiler*

I read the walkthrough where they discuss the ice demon and all it says is to click Elsa, I tryed using the hand, eye, and mouth but nothing worked. If someone can elaborate on what is necessary it would be greatly appreciated.
