5 Days a stranger Help

Hi, I'm new, and er.. I wanted to make a bigger impact with my first post but i was hooked onto this awesome game (5 Days a Stranger) and, as always with me, I am useless, so if anyone can give me a link to a walkthrough site or can post there own tips then that would be most graciously accepted.

Ok, in the game,Ã,  I have just talked to Simone, the BBC lady and she has gone down stairs. I have not picked anything up and i cannot find anyone in the house or outside.
