"BEHIND bird": from which point of view? Moreover the bird is moving!

Behind the bird horizontally appearantly  :

Spoiler

Walk behind the statues between statue 6 and 7 (counting from left to right). There it will give you a message. Once you've seen the message, you can throw the rock from any place (bug). For some reason it wouldn't give me the message all the time but to be sure, re-enter the screen so the bird flies again.
