6 days a sacrifice-day 6 help please

Im on day 6 and am lying in a big dark room.The only things i can interact with are myself and darkness.The darkness is above me.The is no answer from anyone on my phone.I have the outfit and lens in my inventory.Also i cant walk around the place im stuck lying on the floor.If i interact with the darkness he puts his hand up and touches it and it makes a sound.Ive clicked on it about 20 times in a row and nothing has happened.Thats everything if someone could help me that would be great.Thanks in advanced

To answer your question:

You have to touch the darkness while it the shaking is still happening, otherwise nothing happens and you can't continue. If the shaking has already stopped, you'll have to go back to an earlier saved version of the game and then make sure you touch the darkness while the shaking is still going on.

Notice how Trilby chases you?  Try not to get caught, but lure him somewhere.  Look around some more, and you'll see something interesting.
