OK, I entered the castle as a frog, then what do i do? I can't go to the mines as a frog. Neither can I climb up to my home. And the option to tell the wizard in the shipwreck to turn me back to normal isn't there at all!!

Walk by the wall next to your house. You should end up in a room with two guys in it.
