APPRENTICE 2 : IS THERE A BUG?

i was wondering if there is a bug in app2..because for some reason it WILL NOT let me put the mollasses into the cask to start mixing the ingredients for the grog drink. every time i try to put the mollasses into th cask it says that it wont work....
ive looked everywhere for a hint and no luck PLEASE HELP

did you do a search(the blue letters above, home, help, SEARCH, type in Apprentice2 and uncheck everything except hints and iips and you will find many answers to questions you have about this game.  It has been played by many people and their questions and answers can be found there.  If you play any other game, use the same way to search for your questions.

I too am experiencing the same problem. Pibs simply won't use the molasses with the cask. I searched other AP 2 threads and this issue is never addressed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I too had that problem. If I remember it correctly I think I went to the one wanting the grog (William?) and spoke to him. And after that I could mix the two ingredients. I'm not really sure that's all I did, but I think so. It's worth a try.

did you confront the sea captain about the grog formula prior to trying to mix the molasses and the water?

I can't give the t-shirt to Ollie even though I talked with him about his sunburn, and the walkthrough says I just use it on him.

Do I have to do something with the t-shirt first? Any ideas?
