I have the bone on rope and the message from the bottle.  I've tried using both items on iron bar, window, door and rusty pipe but nothing happens.

How do I proceed.

try to pick up a section of the door, be careful, its hidden well

I tried picking a section out but i can't where is it?

i don't remember exactly where it is...but try pixel-hunting or just moving your mouse slowly across the door looking for the word door to come up at the top

Look through the window to get the view of the dog next to the door. Then use the iron bar on the metal ring on the dog's collar. It's a bit of a pixel hunt. I think you can figure out what to do with a thin piece of metal?
