This walkthrough should do the trick. It's not written by me... and do a forum search next time

Ben Jordon 5 Walkthrough

DAY 1
-Enter Bathroom
   -read newspaper and take robe
-Talk to Simon about everything
-Go to Police Department
   -Talk to desk sergeant about everything
      -Show him the business card from Percy (in your inventory)
-Enter door
   -Look at notes on bulletin board; take note signed by Inspector Yoshi
   -Enter door on Right (Inspector Yoshi's office)
      -Exhaust conversation with Yoshi & leave office
   -Enter door on Left (Crime lab/Evidence Room)
      -Talk to attendant about everything and get evidence form
-Leave room and use Yoshi's note from bulletin board on the evidence form in inventory
-Give attendant the signed form
-Use Notebook on the list of names
      -Talk to Lab Technician about everything
-Go to the Hotel
   -Show list of names to Simon
-Go to Shinobi
   -Enter door and talk to Mr. Shinobi about everything
-Go to Yamomoto Inc.
   -Talk to desk clerk
-Return to hotel

DAY 2
-Enter bathroom and read newspaper
-Enter other room and pick up the crime scene kit
   -Use the hand icon on the inventory screen to open the kit
-Go to Shinobi's office
   -Use fingerprint kit on sword
   -Talk with Inspector Yoshi about everything
-Go to Police Dept.
   -Give fingerprint to the lab tech.
-Go to Yamomoto Inc.
   -Talk to desk clerk about everything
   -Use elevator & talk to Mr. Yamomoto about everything
   -Leave building-cut-scene, sweet suit
-Return to hotel
   -Another cut-scene, at a small village now.
-Talk to teenager about everything (Alice automatically translates)
-Enter village through portal in background
   -Continue on path exiting to the left
   -Knock on door and talk to woman about everything
   -Exit on the left of the screen to the cemetery
      -Pick up flower basket
-Use hand icon in the inventory to empty the basket, and then combine the basket with the black robe to make a disguise
-Return to the last screen and use the disguise on Ben in front of the woman's door
   -Enter the door on the left
      -Use syringe on man in coffin
      -Exit room; cut-scene

DAY 3
-Enter bathroom and read newspaper
-Talk to Simon about everything
-Go to Police Dept.
   -Give syringe to lab tech.
   -Talk to Insp. Yoshi about everything
-Go to Yamomoto Inc.
   -Talk to Mr. Yamomoto everything
-Go to Sushi Bar
   -Talk to Sushi Chef about everything
-From the menu order Today's Special (get hook) and the Fugu (come back tomorrow)
-Go to Asuka Village
   -Use disguise at woman's door again
-In tea room, look at the empty shelf and use the fingerprint kit on the swords
-Go to Police Dept.
-Give new fingerprint to lab tech.-It's a match! (Automatically get evidence report)
   -Enter Yoshi's office and show him the report
-Return to Hotel; cut-scene
DAY 4
-Enter bathroom and read newspaper
   -Hmmm…Yamomoto disappeared
-Go to Police Dept.
   -Talk to lab tech. about results
   -Talk to Insp. Yoshi about everything
-Go to T.V Studio
   -Talk to the desk clerk about everything
   -Cut-scene, Game show (It doesn't matter if you win or not)
      -Correct answers:
-What illness is Barrel Chest associated with?----Ankylosing Spondylitis
-What is the main character in Steppenwolf?----Harry Haller
-What did Uschi Glas have in 1986 for 1st time?----Daughter
-What is Harry Houdini's real name?----Enrich Weiss
-What is ailurophobia a fear of?----Cats
-Which planet rotates clockwise?----Venus
-Which sport uses a squidger?----Tiddlywinks
-Where is the Fissure of Rolando located?----The Human Brain
-Go to Sushi Bar and order the Fugu
   -Use curtain in the back
      -Enter mensroom (middle door)
      -Use trashcan
      -Use trashcan again, then look into vent
      -Use chain with hook in inventory
      -Use hook-chain on Fugu remains in trashcan
-Go to Police Dept.   
   -Give Fugu remains to the Lab tech-it's a match!
   -Talk to Insp. Yoshi about everything
-You may want to save your game
-Go to hotel
   -Cut-scene
      -Hurry, use the camera on the zombie!
-Cut-scene

DAY 5
-Go to Hotel
   -give photos to Simon   
-Go to Police Dept.
   -Knock on Insp. Yoshi's door…hmmm, no answer
   -Return to Lobby and speak with desk sergeant (automatically get key)
   -Use key on Insp. Yoshi's office door
      -Look at food on desk and Insp. Yoshi on floor
      -Exit room
-Go to hotel
   -Talk to Simon about everything-Now there are two paths:
      1) Ask Simon to come along to Yamamoto's
      2) Go alone
      -Either way you are automatically given the Door Sucker by Simon
PATH 1:
-At Yamamoto's:
   -Try to reach vent and open manhole cover
   -Talk to Simon about everything
      -Ask Simon for help with the vent
-Inside:
      -Use hand icon on hatch on the A/C unit three times until it comes off
      -Exit room
      -Talk to Simon
      -Give Simon either the trophy or the hatch door for the metal contact   
      -Go to other end of the hallway
      -Enter door on the left
      -Look at computer and take loose wire
      -Save game
      -Give wire to Simon
-Cut-scene
-Quickly use the door sucker on the vent

PATH 2:
-At Yamamoto's:
   -Enter sewer, ouch.
      -Walk up path
      -Enter archway with steps
   -Walk down hallway   
      -Examine the Keypad beside the door on the left…hmmm, needs a code
   -Return to other end of hallway and enter door on the left
      -Search the file cabinets and find a note; Fugu, Sumo, Dinner
      -Look at the painting on the wall, there are 5 people
      -Exit room
-Look at picture on the wall next to the right-most door, there are 11 Sumo wrestlers    
-Enter the right-most door
   -Look at the fish tank, there are 3 Fugu fish
-Return to the door with the keypad
-Save your game
   -Enter the code; 3115
-Cut-scene
-Quickly use the door sucker on the vent
