Walk to your right, where the warning sign is, pass the sign then give him the diving suit, watch cut scene and you should be up to 157 points.

thanks, tried that but it says should make sure it is down there first he wont put on the suit any other ideas please

Look at the map when you're by the lake (or maybe you have to use the map on the lake, I don't recall).

Yeah! well maybe you're missing something in inventory

I really don't know why it's not working for you as it did for me with the same points

So let us know what you have in inventory and then we can compare and see if you are missing something.

I tried the map on sign and lake no luck, in my inventory i have cash, mortar & pestle, box of matches, cup of coffee, beer bottle full of moonshine, large knife, anti venom kit, medical tape, flower, pen, original map, and home made diving suit - am i missing something, thanks for your help.

Hi Tina,

I have checked my inventory and have exactly the same things.

I replayed the game from 138 to 148 to 157 points and it always works for me.

Have you switched maps using the flower on the man

Your home-made diving suit: use medical tape, oxygen tank, helmet

IF you did all that, then you don't have to use the map on sign or lake  

You just walk by the sign, read sign, and keep on walking to the far right side of screen...... use diving on Ben....you will come back from behind the big rock all dressed in diving suit. You get 'you quickly put on your diving suit' and then 'You take a deep breath of air and dive into the Salton Sea', then watch cut scenes and you end up in cell with George with 157 points.

If this doesn't work, I really don't know what else to tell you

Thanks for your help i think my game had a bug, i replayed it from the start and it still wouldnt work - shame it was a good game.

Did you LOOK at the map in inventory while you were near the warning sign area?   When looking at the map, it tells that the "Lost Galleon is right in the center of the Salton Sea"......   this is what it took for me to be able to use the diving suit and proceed with the game

Have you read my post right above cittymom

Check your points.   If they are the same, then you are not missing anything.

Then you should be able to look at the sign, go behind the big rock on the right of the sign, near the water, and be able to wear your suit.  If I remember correctly, once you get behind that big rock, you 'use' the suit on yourself. 

Maybe you are not going far enough to the right  (this is just a thought, I'm not sure if it makes a difference)

I hadn't found the beach with the sign! I thought everybody was talking about the first sign next to the car! Thanks a lot! I finished the game with a perfect score. Great game and storyline!

Hi about the dive suit you have to go behind the big rock on the right of metal box screen then you'll find a "private" beach and then you can swim (i dont speak english very well sorry i'm from chile ^^)

Thanks to all you cool guys I solved Ben Jordan 2. You guys rock! ;DI started BJ1 but will start a new thread if I have any questions about that.
