No. It's between the top hat-door and the zombie doll-door.

You get into it by simply interacting with it, but I notice that when I do that, Ben or Dan says "This wasn't here before", so you may have to do other actions in the game to unlock the door. Personally I think I found it as one of the first things after I opened the lava world door, but it may have been there earlier too.

You should have a sponge by now... throw that at the watery-blob guy.  The sponge will soak him up  and the ticket will fall to the floor.  You should easily be able to pick it up using the normal hand cursor.

You need to get the top hat from the barman, so you'll have to get him to leave. He says he's tired of dealing with drunkards collapsing... Have you been to all the rooms in the pub?

Go through the back door in the pub, and then use the key to unlock the far left door to the cellar. Go into it and use the tubes which go into the beer kegs to switch them round. Go back up to the main pub room and talk to the lager louts. Ask them about their drinking game, keep talking to them until they drink up after saying 'come on England'. They should collapse which is the last straw for the poor barman.

But IF an object needed to progress in the game disappears so that the game is impossible to finish ... that's a bug.
