I know there are many many many posts on that subject, but I didn't find what I was looking for. Any hint would be much appreciated!
So, how do I

get the stopwatch to work? I mean I "zoom" on Rosangela's wrist and at somepoint I managed to get this message : "You set a countdown, and an alarm goes off when the time reaches zero". But when the doctor hypnotised Rosangela, the watch didn't ring. What am I doing wrong? I also followed a walkthrough at this point and 1.saved 2. messed with the watch and got the above message 3. lied down and nothing happened either. The doctor left with that guy, returned and woke me up.

I figured it out!
And because I just want to die when I find a question similar to the one I have and instead of reply a "Oh, never mind, I've got it!" ;), this is how to set the alarm:

click on the watch on the left and you'll get the "stopwatch control". Push that and you will get a message saying that the alarm was set to ring in ten minute
