Hello, I have

the spyglass, metal pick, video cam with battery, garage door opener, screwdriver, hydrochloric acid, ring, cloth
I'm trying to

clean the spyglass with the cloth soaked with hydrochloric acid but Billy says "I should be more drastic".
What am I missing?

If you haven't figured it out yet Billy is trying to give you a clue with that statement. It's a bit awkward but what he means is you need more acid for the cleaning than what is on the cloth. That stuck me as well it's not super clear.

I had to pour acid directly on the spyglass first.
Icant figiure out where to use spyglass i have tried all windows and get nothing
