I am loving this game! I'm already knee-deep into it but have run into a roadblock. Any tips on this would be great:

I have just gotten the pendant from (Madison?) Haines's apartment & given it back to Penelope. Now I'm at Lisa's (the psychic), I've talked to her & sent Joey in to look around, but gained nothing from doing that. He states that he can't go upstairs because he's floated too far from Roseangela. So...what do I do next? Someone mentioned somehing about looking in her mailbox, but it's locked and Joey says it's empty inside anyway. So, what's next?? Total & complete spoilers welcome!! Help!

You should be able to see...

a photo, unless I'm remembering the wrong part. When Joey looks at the photo he knows who it is, and when he goes outside, he and Rosa talk about it (can't remember if this happens automatically or not).

Once you've done that bit, try talking to Lisa on the intercom again.

Sorry if this doesn't help, I thought this was the stage of the game this happens in!

OR...

Have you got Jeremy's phone yet? It's in the trashcan outside Lisa's. That's an earlier bit to where I thought you were at, the only other thing I can think of at the moment though.

there is only one photograph in the psychic's front room, and Joey isn't interested in it. Neither he nor Rosa will let me search the trash outside either. I'm so frustrated!!!

I love this game so much that it really is bothering me to be stuck!! Please, someone help...

Did you read through Jeremy's notes (carefully) yet? Notice anything that might have something to do with Lisa?

Jeremy wrote that he met with someone who Penelope Haines told him about and said person tried to scam him. Didn't your conversation with Lisa sound an awful lot like she was trying to pull on over on you?

What was Jeremy's last entry again?

He wrote that he left his phone behind! So it must be somewhere around Lisa's right? You've already sent Joey in for a look and Rosalinda won't search the trash right? Well think! If a buddy lost his phone somewhere nearby but you had yours, how would you go about helping your buddy find his phone?

That's right call his phone with yours.

Seeing as the ringing noise is coming from the trashcan, you should now be able to search it (with a few complaints).

Thank you, thank you Piper!! That got me past the initial part with Lisa...of course, I got stuck immediately after, which is right where the part CaptainD is talking about...CaptainD,

I found the phone and had Joey look at the photo; then I buzzed the intercom again to talk to Lisa, but no matter what I say (about Danny or otherwise), she won't let me in...did I miss saying something or was I supposed to do something else for her to let me back in? Or does she not let me back in at all, and I'm supposed to do/go elsewhere? If you get this message, will you please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

I think I know which bit you're at now!! You need to visit the Seagull Care Home again, look in the room upstairs where Penelope and Danny are, and then speak to the receptionist. Then try talking to Lisa again.

I have the key to the apartment, and I can get Madison to chase Chris down the hall so the room is empty, but I cannot switch back to Rosa. I can't get her to open the door, et cetera.

EDIT --- Restarted the game, got through on the second time around. For some reason I had asked all the questions (or at least I'm assuming I did) and it wouldn't trigger "date night" at the Haines residence.
