The code is about the important dates in his life. You can find 2. Combine them.
What is the code for the Safe and how do you drink the coffee?
as Leon said: combine the numerical info you can get from looking and using things.
the code is a combination of 8 numbers
it starts with 05, as it means May.
coffee: look and use everything in the kitchen, it's a very simple puzzle
Coffee tried everything just tell me how to do it and the same with the safe just tell me the code please.

I'm pretty positive I have all the dates and numbers but no matter what they don't work and I've done everything in the kitchen, can't do anything else...
I have been stuck at the safe code and the kitchen thing like everyone else for a couple days. There is a poster and a picture which gives dates, and I have tried everything I can think of combining the 2 dates with no success.
This is a cool looking game.
I tried the solution you gave me the safe opened but the coffee thing doesnt work.

Ok, for the safe:
There's a date on the picture (needs some calculation) and there's a date on the poster. Take the dates from these (month/year) and put them in the right order. The safe accepts MMYYMMYY.

To make coffee:

Right click on the lower right cupboard and click on the middle option (use).
Right click on the tap and click on the lower option (inv)
Select the kettle from the inv to fill it.
Right click on the hoven and click on the lower option (inv)
Select the kettle from the inv to put it on the hoven
Right click on the hoven and click on the middle option (use) to heat the kettle.
Make sure you put your cup and your coffee on the cooking board. Then left click on the kettle to pick it up and work similar to make your coffee on the cooking board.
That doesnt work either just get same response that doesnt work here ???
Are you sure you're using the kettle and the not cup or the coffee and are you sure there's water in the kettle? These are the exact instructions I carried out.
I have been having the same problem. When I click on the kettle, it tellls me it is full. My blue cup and coffee jar are both on the cooking board. I click on the oven with the kettle, and it tells me I can not do this here. I have 11 out of 13 points. Is there something else that I am suppose to do before this works? I have been stuck here for awhile and was doing what you wrote before I saw your hint.
You should click on the oven and choose INV from the options. Then select the kettle from your inventory. Then use the oven again (just use, middle option) to turn it on.
I have the same problem as everyone else when trying to make the coffee :-\
I click on oven, then click on inventory, then click on the kettle. It tells me 'This doesn't work here'. The kettle is full of water, and blue cup and coffee powder are on the board. Help. :(

There was a bug that ocurred when I corrected some typos. That changed some gui labels and got bugged!
There is a updated version avaiable for download.

And because you all been great and had to play a buggy version I added a new room on the demo.
Beware that the demo will not end. You will get to a room where there is no escape, so don't worry, it's not you.

The final and tested version of the demo (the one you are using) had 'Hoven' with an H,
When I corrected it to OVEN it stopped working every time there was a label check,
