Title: Bog's Adventure in the Underworld Help Please

I know I'm very late to playing this game.  I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to get on the roof of Beethoven's house.

It's been a long time but I think you have to get there

in the chicken race by using the chicken whistle on the pink feather...or using the chicken whistle after the race.

Thank you blackgsd.  I finally finished the game.  I have to say that was a really hard game, and a lot of fun!!!
