I had progressed pretty far in the game before pickin' up the magma and Wretched had mentioned to make sure my feather duster WAS NOT lit and one of my tasks would be to 'figure out how to leave the lair'.....

You can leave once the dragon egg has hatched. The runes have to be used in order for this to happen. Once this happens you can pick up the shell towards the rear of the cave and leave[\hide]

I hate to bug you all about this because you are so much further in the game but:

(in part 2)I finally brought the mole to the moon but i still cannot reach the biscuit(even though I finished building the wooden thing)do I need to use something else to reach it? None of my current items work...also, I don't know how to talk to the pink bird atop the dark forest (it says I will have to fly there first?)...and I have not been able to get any of the pink feathers

You can definately tell if it's hatched.... if it IS and you don't find the 'shell' near the dark area, I might suggest

I had to check into the crazy house for a while today to get my sanity back and now after reading all these new postings I think I will have to go back again. I think Wretched should make a walkthrough and sell it, he would make a fortune lol.
