How doI untie the knot on the boat. I tried interacting with it but nothinghappens. I also tried cutting it but no good. I'm dumbfounded!!! :(

I posted this question about 3 weeks ago and still no answer. Can anyone help?  (Can't untie the boat in BOS IV)
