BS3 Sleeping Dragon bottle puzzle

i am at the puzzle where you have to pull the wine bottles in the order that thingy went through the countries. however. the damn interface won' let me select the wine bottle i need to pull next, therefore i always get it wrong did anybody else have a similar problem and is there a solution?
