I've found the ladder, but where do i getthe toolbox from?

I finished it the first time without going to the basement (yes, he crossed without falling). That part inside the airvent is just so strange, when we use the hand icon instead of walking icon and everything, the character disapears in the darkness and reapears...

I downloaded this game, but got about 15 icons on my front screen.  So I deleted the whole game off.  How do I download it without all those icons? Would love to play the game

Ok, I got the plank out of the basment. What do I do now? I thoguht I'd be able to wack the door down with the plank or something, but that doesn't seem to be happening...

Edit - Well, I worked out what to do do with it, only I've been trying for about 10 minutes now to cross over to the other side, but I keep falling into the bottom bit instead (not into the basment, just below the visable vent). is there a trick to it? Or do I just have to keep trying untill it decides to let me?

I can't figure out how to get the basement, I already made breakfast, and cleaned the toilett, and the bathtub. Do I need to open the vent in the kitchen? If so how do I do that?

Just open the toolbox and get the wrench then go to the kitchen and press the ladder on the wall below the vent then press the wrench on the vent. Then vent should come off.

Oops where did you find the ladder?

Ive gotten as far as the plank in the basement.... now what? WHY arent there ANY walkthroughs anywhere???!!?  Please help someone! Its been a week since ive made progress in this game!

Go back upstairs to kitchen vent  and crawl around toward bedroom.I tried to use the plank on hole  but I don't know if that helped.

go back up stairs ,using basement stairs. Go to kitchen and enter hole in vent again.  crawl left and before you get to the hole in ground, put plank over it so you don't fall in.  then continue in vent upwards and you will get to her room.  The game ends pretty much after that.  I fell into the hole and put plank up after that and still was able to get out of hole and onto planlk to continue upwards.  Lots of luck

Wow! I can't believe I'm stuck at the beginning... I'm at the fridge, got all the stuff out but I can't get away from the fridge!!! GRRRRRRr any ideas?
