Can't open Who Wants to Live Forever

I've downloaded Who Wants toLive Forever a coup;e of times and keep getting the file forever.rar. I have no idea how to open it to play the game, all the other AGS game I've played have been .exe  files can anybody help me. I'm not very knowlegable about computers.

and download the program, it will open any compressed file.

eg. anything that has a filename ending with:

.rar
.zip
.ace

Thanks Timosity, now I can finally play the game. From everyones comments it seems like fun.
