Does anyone know how to open the blast door near the console in the game?

You need to do something with the stick/bar in your inventory. Go back and look for a hotspot

How do you enter the passage with the lowering door? I've made it there with plenty of room to enter.

Sorry this is a known bug. If you dont make it the first time this bug will occur. Try killing yourself and see if it works then. I'm sorry i should've fixed that a long time ago.
