I've tried all sorts of combinations of stuff on each person and nothing works.
So my conclusion is that I probably did something out of sequence and so cocked up the game. Pls let me know and if I can make good or have to restart. Thanks for yr help Kediri :-[

First thing, you're not STUCK, don't worry...

Now, following the sequence of the plot, you have to talk to the night guard, Zak (that's what Magnolia told you). To do that, you need to call Armor Security manager (Victor) and somehow get it out of him. If you can't use the phone, then there's something else you need to do - get rid of the employee.

How to get rid of the employee?

Open Victor's door from the bathroom, and take the Firing Format from the cabinet. Find out the employee's full name, and write it in the form. Now, put the form in the mailbox WW, and then show the Concert Discount to Wally.

I can't open the "Misc"-Drawer (I assume it's in there, right)?

I have: rope, stone, stick, newspaper, bottle, binoculars, matchbox, concert discount, the key (that doesn't work) and the bottlecaps

It says that it's a cheap lock, but obviously too hard for me :-(
