Two of a kind: Where can I download the game?

Can anyone please tell me how where I can download the game "Two of a kind"? None of the links work and I cannot send the author a PM!
I am DIEING to play this game, so please help me! :

Bicycles-for-slugs has it here. If the game you're after hasn't already been mentioned in the GameSeek thread, that's usually a good place to look for slightly older games. (Not so good for more recent releases, though.)
