I have the gold rod the salt and earth, but cant heat them up help please

IIRC, use the salt on the earth, the result on the microwave.

Well... almost.
You first need to get gold dust. Look at the rod!

You need to use the crowbar on the rod to get dust. Mix that with the salt and dirt.
