yes i have talked to guy who was terminated and got the letter he had. I guess I will have to go back to a saved game, I didn't want to leave the submarine I think it was when I picked up the foot from the ocean that was when I was automatically taken to above ground again and as far as I can see I can't get back again, we got there by going through the grave didn't we? I don't have a shovel anymore lol.

I think this may be a flaw in the game, but ... In the mansion there was a trophy you could pick up. Give this trophy to the apple dealer then give the apple to the unicorn. Interact with it to get one of it's hairs. The bug I think is that how would someone complete this puzzle if they never picked up the trophy in the mansion?

if you dont pick up the trophy, you lose points, but it will then magically appear in your inventory when you arrive at village.

What else must be added to the flower to give to the blacksmith's wife? I'm assuming I must write a note with the paper but how do I do that?
Mind of an animal? I think that's the last item I need for my recipes. Where do I get that from?
How do I get the special flower by the unicorn? Which creature must I ask?
Is that red gem in the Dragon's lair the Fairy's amulet?

Take a look at what the sleeping guy says, maybe you could take some notes.
You need to cut down the weed by the fairy and the squirrel will drop something, pick it up and the squirrel will follow you around the forest...head to where the special flower is and he'll show you how to get there.
I don't think the red gem is, I think the shady character in the bar has clues on how to get it...give him plenty to drink.
It's not a mind of an animal exactaly...remember Mordy has telekenetic powers.....

I havent finished that spell yet either, I forgot I needed water but need the maulet for that and so need to burn the rag too.  Only thing I could think of was some use the pickaxe on something hard to bend it? but nothings working there.  Anyone else help?

you need to disuise the old food as more healthy looking food.  maybe the sick bay might have something healthy to eat? (took me ages to find it too! lol)  then it should be easy to get rid of the chef
