The tanks are the yellow tanks (in a row) I think on the third level to the far right, you'll need to damage them, but first you must switch them off with the faucet (small to the right-below of the tanks)

... I've got the stone hand from the village chief, and slain the dragon to steal the red gem, but I can't find the last ingredient for my final spell.  That is, "a physical object that represents control" ... I can't think what on earth that might be!

That last puzzle got me stuck to, it's quite random imho. Anyways, go to the hanging body in front of the dragon's lair and search it. He has a remote control.

I am trying to complete the goblin fortress part and I can't seem to serve the stew. I put in the sausage and when I use plate on the cauldron it tells me that it still need something. Any ideas?

the baker is on lamb street, you need the clue to get there, find the purple cloth stuck in the fense at the murder scene and show it to the restaurant owner. The cloth is a bit pixel hunting, but that's because it's a murder scene I was told.
