Make sure you have the lantern from the laboratory. Enter the cave. When you see the lion, hit him with the tree branch. Move your cursor around the pile of bones to find an arm bone. Use the arm bone to hold the lever in the upper-left corner of the room in place. Go west once then north twice. Take the garden shears from the bottom-left corner of the screen. Go back to the screen with the roses and use the shears on the "big rose".

I've defeated the Medusa and have no idea what to do. The only thing I have in my inventory is the lantern.

I'm walking everywhere and nothing happens. I have the potion and the red cristal. The stepping rocks are on place. What am I missing?

Hi,

I'm stuck.

So far I've done following:
1) Got blue mushroom
2) Talk to tree (the one that is thirsty)
3) Got stick
4) Got white flower

Thing that I'm not sure:
1) What to do with red bird
2) how to open door
3) finding water for the tree

What else I need to do?

I've tried that, several times over, but he keeps saying I can't do that now.  Could you be more specific?  At what point do I show the mirror and do I click it on Medusa?

Of course, you creating a potion before, you have all ingrediens and it be done where you found the flute. Big book have all information to that potion. Use morter and pestal after insering all item, put potion in empty flash and take it.

Go back to Medusa, use potion on you and do mirror thing.

where can i find the flute? medusa has become a statue, but nothing dropped from her.

I played this (fun) game and finished it, but some things  are still unsolved. I couldn't  find a red bird that splat44 mentioned earlier, nor do I have a clue as what to do with it. And the people that the medusa turned to stone are still statues, did anyone find a way to bring them back to life?

Maybe he meant the red crystal or the red rose. Either way, I can't seem to find the "right' crystal in the cave or any way of extracting it. I also can't find the flute that is mentioned. I have already beated medusa (that was the easy part) but is this flute hidden somplace impossible to find like the mirror was? (discovered the mirror just my luck)

To get the flute you need to go through a door near where you started the game, then look around carefully.
I chipped off the crystal using the flute, causing the flute to break. Come to think of it,  the crow said something about music enticing the beast. maybe the stick can be  used to pry off a crystal and the flute to 'entice'  the lion. I just whacked the stick on the lion's nose.

The mirror is in a passage lighted by candles and lots of missing bricks in the wall, just look at every missing brick

I was able to gain 56 points for using flute on lion and stick on cristal.

What is missing?

I played the game again from start and I finished with 58 points, after defeating the wizard go talk to the tree and the bird again. This gives you some extra points. The statues however remain the same, and there is a scrub in a clearing with a log, don't have a clue what to do about these. Anyone?
