I have some trouble on this game.
Actually, I have been playing this game with the walkthrough.
And.. the problem is.. how to get to the fire escape.
I have made a grappling hook already. and the walkthrough said 'go back up to the fire escape'
but I can't find it.
In fact I'm not a native English speaker. So I may have not been able to find that place because I don't understand that sentence.
anyway.. Where is the fire escape?
Actually 'upper right' will be only there in front of the surgery where I promised to sell my testicles.
but there're no stairs..
I can't find that ! T_T
And I haven't seen that security sign.
please help me.

Combine the anchor and the cable and you have a grappling hook. Go back up to the fire escape (left, left, lift, left, left, upper right,
stairs, right) and attach the grappling hook onto the Security sign.
If I remember right:
Go back to the first room where the game started in. Up on the right is the door, go out side and you will see the sign on the other side.
