please will someone help - where is the saw and syringe, I cannot find it in the torture chamber

So why don't you press the red button that operates the cargo lift, take a water gun from a crate, walk left then right, open the closet, take the paint, use gun with paint and walk through the right door, beat up the guy and take the damned saw and syringe?
