Have you talked to the bum at the movie theater? He's got the guy's wallet and in that is the key card (and the link to the club where the guard is).
If you don't have the wallet:
Spoiler
Go to the apartment building, use the glue on Jamie's hands, then knock on the neighbor's door and interact with her. You'll get her ring. Give that to the bum.
If you already have the wallet:
Spoiler
Use it on Jamie.
The club should then appear on the map.
