Hi, great game, just want to mention that I found a bug. After getting out of torture chamber, and going east to the grids, don't know how but Frank got stuck right at the leftest point in the grid screen. He had Ben right behind him. He cound't move in any direction.
Maybe I can attach a screenshot if the game maker so wishes.

If you don't remember where you came from after you saw Sam and Max enter the mountain then:
On the map-screen, notice a small door-like thing on the left of the mountain pass. Hold your mouse above that and find the hotspot. You should be able to go there if you have got the key.

the card under the grid is on another level, did you search the dead agent to get some access cards for the elevator. I think the grid where the card is, is on level 2

Joyce, I'm trying to finish this game. I need to chew the stick of gum before it will stick to the card reader at the exit door.(the robot is here in front of me) But when I try to "use" gum it won't work. What else is there?

No it should be enough just to "Use chewing gum with Frank". I guess you just forgot to click on Frank.
