Post by: lms429 on Mon 04/10/2004 13:49:12
Hi: does anyone have a save game after the pipe puzzle.Ã,  I am desperate since I am horrible at visual/arcade puzzles.Ã,  That is why I play adventures.Ã,  Even hints don't help.Ã,  I would appreciate any help that you can give me.Ã,  There was a file on the net at one point, but it doesn't seem to be accessible any more at Voodoochicken.comÃ,  Thanks!!

Im afraid i ended up giving up the game after many a failed attempt at that puzzle. I do know though that shortly after somewhere in the forums the author tried describing the solution as so many people couldnt do it, so i suggest you do a forum search for the game.

the save game was removed because it seems to reference local directories, so probably it wont work but in the computer it was played on.
anyway, in the same page

there is a tutorial with tips to do it: basically, place first thing than all codes to change direction, so the rest is placing straights to join a code with another. complete green first, green has only two codes, the first one is the very first piece, and if you click 'right' only once, and then 'down' all the way down, you may see the piece that changes from green to red, so you will know where to place the second one. for red pieces, there is one on the right wall and the other on the upper wall, to reach the one of the upper wall you should go 'right' only once, then straight up. the other one is on the right walll, so you straight to that wall and when you reach it you change direction.
