Grrr Bearly Sane help needed

I have searched for information on this, but can't find how to free the seagull.  I have the gun, spray paint can, flyer and money.

can someone tell me how you get the spray can how you get the snack in the vending machine there was a walkthrough saying ya have to get really angry and chuck the vending machine on the fat kid but İ cant do anything İve only got that foren coin thats it

I'm stuck trying to get the seagull and brick out of the claw game. How do I control the claw? I can't maneuver it at all. It just drops in the same spot every time. Help!
