tortoise wants shade - have unbrella, oil, wallet, burger, shoe but nothing interacts. Anyone point me in the right direction. convinced I should be doing something with unmbrella and tortoise

Use burger to umbrella
I know to combine umbrella with the burger but i cant get the burger.Can someone tell me how to get the wallet?Im confused because there are only two screens: the front of the beach where the change room is, the fast food restaurant ,and the beach where the two guys are. Is that the only two screens?and where is that wallet? ??? ???
