Help for Mind's Eye

[Confused young un]

Apologies for being a new adventure gamer and not very quick...

May I please have just a hint for how to get past the two doctors in the hallway?

I have tried going back into the previous hallway but everytime I walk I get busted by Childs. Ã, I have also tried collecting more items before this point but I can't find anything else to take besides the food dish.

  Hug the left wall very closely.   When it goes dark, take just a few steps at a time until you can pass the doctors
