I don't think there is a correct answer; I finished JAPNA without solving the answer to the mystery picture frame puzzle.

dont worry ive FINALLY completed it! if you are able to type the answer to that magic picture without out the game  crashing type in llewdor ( i got that from a walkthrough i found) but to get the brush to clean the bathroom, use the show cleaner on those painted doors in in garage.
